Especially capturing emotions elicited by services and environments is different. With tools like PrEmo, LEMtool and PanorEmo we can measure emotions towards predefined stimuli. This already gains great amounts of insights.
Measure emotions beyond structure
Wouldn't it be great if could just have the people decide for themselves what suprises them and then measure that emotion instantly?
Capturemo is the tool that will allow that kind of research and assessment. We are using the basics of experience sampling extended with validated emotion characters like all our other tools.
